We offer flexible monthly memberships as well as fixed-term memberships including short term options and longer commitments. Memberships can be purchased online or directly at the gym.
Some memberships may include a one-off joining fee when signing up. This will always be clearly displayed during the joining process.
Yes. Members can freeze their membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months within a 12-month period. A freeze request must be submitted at least 2 weeks before your billing date.
You can cancel your membership by emailing info@themusclelab.co.uk with at least one month’s notice before the 22nd of the month. Fixed-term memberships cannot be cancelled before the end date.
If a membership payment fails or is returned, an administration fee of £20 may apply and your membership may be temporarily restricted until payment is resolved.
The Muscle Lab features premium strength equipment including Newtech, Gymleco, Panatta and BootyBuilder machines, with a strong focus on high-quality Newtech equipment.
Our gym includes multiple dedicated training zones including a Hyrox training area, boxing zone, reformer pilates studio, posing room and stretching area.
Yes. Members have access to a recovery room including cold plunge, red light therapy and sauna, designed to support recovery and performance.
Yes. Personal training may be available through independent trainers operating at the gym. These services are arranged directly with the trainer and are not included in the standard membership.
Yes. Members must be at least 16 years old to join the gym. Proof of age may be required during the registration process.
Yes. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details and membership information in order to manage your account and provide access to gym services.
Yes. The gym operates 24-hour CCTV for safety and crime prevention purposes within the premises.
Your data is stored securely using protected systems with restricted staff access and secure payment processing in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.
Occasionally facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, cleaning, repairs or upgrades. We always aim to keep disruptions minimal.
